This session uses the resonant sound of metal singing bowls—often called Tibetan or Himalayan —to harmonize the body’s energy centers, known as chakras. The bowls are not placed directly on the body but played above it, allowing their pure tones and vibrations to interact with your energetic field. The Session Flow

During the session, I begin at the root chakra and move upward toward the crown, holding and playing the bowls above each energy center. Once the crown is reached, I continue downward, completing the cycle and bringing harmony to the entire energetic system. Each bowl resonates with the natural frequency of the chakra it activates, creating a soothing “sound massage” that dissolves stagnant energy and restores the free flow of life force (prana).
